During my Christmas stay, I found the family room to be a great value for money. the room provided two single beds, a fridge, a kettle, and a washing machine with a dryer function. the traditional Japanese living area was a lovely touch. the staff were warm and friendly, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping us warm throughout the night. the location near Minowa station, with elevators available, was very convenient, especially for those with luggage.
On the negative side, we had to sort out our own garbage and bring it down to the lobby daily. we encountered a situation where the hotel could not dispose of a broken luggage piece, and we were asked to pay for its disposal.
